STRENGTHS: Monroe is the most skilled big man in the draft. He is an outstanding passer, and would fit in brilliantly in an up-tempo offense like Phoenix or Golden State. He is also a solid rebounder and is comfortable on the perimeter. You can run an offense through him.

WEAKNESSES: Because Monroe played in a Princeton-style offense at Georgetown, he was not able to showcase typical big-man skills, and back-to-the- basket ability. Scouts will question whether or not he can play as a true big man.
